Natural Tropical Papaya Enzyme - 500 Chewable Wafers

I normally get these from the health food store. I’ve used them for years. They taste like candy and they help keep you regular.

This is a good choice. Mild papaya taste. Takes 4 pills per serving. Unlike other brands it contains no calcium carbonate- this is very good because calcium carbonate blocks nutrient absorption. With "Tropical Papya" in 4 wafers(easily chewed medium sized tablets) you get a much better composition of enzymes than leading competitors. Beware of other vendors that do not show all sides of the label with a complete view of contents. Demand they send you a complete rap-around view of the label so it is readable. Do not trust what others post as contents. This happened to me with another brand and I went by what someone posted- it has 600 pills- wow but turns out it is mostly calcium carbonate and sugar(basically tums). Avoid anything with calcium carbonate, if you need to supplement calcium, a good idea for strong teeth, then buy calcium citrate which does not interfere with nutrient absorption but is more expensive so the vitamin makers slip in the cheaper calcium carbonate, but then most of their vitamins go to waste as your body will not absorb them properly.

these aren't the brand I usually buy but I thought I'd try them as they sounded like they may be stronger than the other brand. the flavor isn't quite the same, but I do like how they work! they do a great job of preventing reflux after a Sunday roast dinner. I love to try new foods, fried , spicy, different cuisines, and it doesn't always digest easily, leading to problems when I lay down. I take a couple with your meal, and a couple 20 minutes to half hour before bed, and no worries. good product.

I was introduced to the wonders of papaya enzymes like most people, someone handed them to me after a meal and said 'try this.' I did, noticed a huge decrease in the unwelcome feeling of being overfed and an increase in digestive efficiency and decided I needed to have my own bottle. Now that I have implemented them into my own meal routine I have passed the favor and introduced them to others. Each and every person has noticed feeling full for far less time, less/no indigestion, and passing the meal much sooner than without. They just work. As to these particular papaya enzymes, I have nothing bad to say. They work perfectly and offer great value for money.

Works well on digestion, even after a meal later on when you get indigestion it can help relieve it and smooth things out. You dont have to take the full dose. Experiment to see how many you may need. Best papaya enzyme i have found without calcium carbonate which can create digestive issues. Tastes good. Gave it 4 stars because has some other ingredients that may not be completely good.

No more antacids or other products for my sensitive stomach. These really help with digestion and occasional stomach upset. I even carry them with me in a little pill box so I have them on hand when dining out or snacking at a movie. They taste much better than other brands and the large bottle lasts a long time.

I’ve been buying these for years to help with digestion and they seem to work well. I take all four daily at once after dinner. This brand seems to be one of the better tasting if you get them from the right seller. Sometimes these show up and have a very stale taste and odor to them. And depending on the seller you’re unable to return them. But when they’re good, they work well to help with food digestion and minimize heartburn after a heavy meal. Some people swear by this and others say it doesn’t work at all. For me I’m in the middle. But given enzymes are good for our body, and inexpensive, I take them daily. The 3 stars rating is because nearly half the time the bottles I receive are good, and I can’t give 2.5 stars in this review. Do your homework, make sure these are right for your body and needs.
