Second purchase, the first one broke up pretty easily causing little blue beads to fly all over, they stay cold well, but have to be pretty gentle with them, we use them for kids bumps and bruises.

I use ice packs all the time and these are my favorite. They are a great size and they stay cold for a long time.

Return this item it was too small for my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. I did but the shoulder item and it’s working great see my other review I hope in the future this manufacturer will make a larger flat pad so I can alternate one in freezer while using another one. Great quality

Its great perhaps for smaller areas. I wanted it for when I have a migraine. I wish it was a little bigger and mote pliable. It stays cold for about hour right out of the freezer.
