It tastes great (mostly...), and mixes fine in my protein shaker.My issue with this item is that it is way too sweet. It tastes good, but it is almost sickeningly sweet. I had to add extra water to dilute it, but then some of the flavor gets weaker too.The best use for these (in my opinion) is overnight oats, or other protein powder recipes. Making over night oats with these helped lower the sweetness just enough to not be unbearable.
