Just moved back to Glasgow
I've just moved back to Glasgow after 20 years and I don't know the city at all. Had a browse through the south side and can't wait to get out there with my camera. Brilliant book

Quality product.
A marvellous collection of Glasgow curios and little known gems. Compact size makes it easy to carry when visiting some of these sites. Good maps and good travel instructions.

Don't Go To Glasgow Without This Book!
Despite all the information that is available on the internet, travel guides are not obsolete – at least not when they are as well researched, written, and organized as “Secret Glasgow.” I know because I used the book to help plan my recent first-time visit to the city. Each location is accompanied by a photograph or two and a page of succinct information prepared by knowledgeable Scots rather than the casual opinions of non-native travelers. There are well over 100 entries. A great many are indeed “secret” non-touristy places that I would bet even long-time Glaswegians might miss.A convenient feature is the inclusion of a city map. It is divided into sections that note the corresponding book pages having information on what to see there. Likewise, the table of contents is organized into “Glasgow West,” “Glasgow Centre,” “Glasgow South,” etc. listing the sites to visit in each location. The price of the book is well worth the wealth of information. It is printed on good quality paper stock. So the photos are sharp and the text is crisp. The book is small enough to take with you on your visit, but not so small that the typeface becomes difficult to read.
