I ordered this plant for an area where I cannot grow a real plant. It is the size that is given online. It has nice height and has been mistKen for a real orchid by guests. The vase is a true white china and has a ridged pattern on the outside giving it some design. I added a small bit of spanish moss around the base of the plant to give it a little more authenticity of the growing medium an orchid would be in. It is described as rose red but it is not red. It looks just like the picture. I would describe it as leaning more to pink/purple. It is a lovely addition to my home and worth the money. It arrived very well packaged and nothing was broken and the blooms were carefully packed and were not squished and did not need to to fluffed or rearranged to look good.

It is perfect. Not too big but not too small, it brings a little brightness to the area of my desk. It is high quality and just loved the packaging, because it ensures that the item is protected from getting broken.
