not really a decal -- more like a piece of plastic with a design on it.
These were plastic nail decals and you have to cut around them and can only use with "white" nail polish. Otherwise the "plastic" shows and looks really terrible. Had to use three-four coats of top coat to keep them from being raised off the nail and destroyed when trying to pull anything from a file or that type of use of your fingers.Decals are like what the boys use on their models -- they are really thin and you have to be careful when applying top coat not to destroy the decal. But you can wear them with any color nail polish and they don't show. They are also a lot cheaper!
