VERY NICE
No Problems. Good Material that Doesn't Crack.

Good price for a very versatile travel solution.
I really like this modular system that Lifeline put together. The cables are super versatile, easy to pack and can make a lot of things happen when other options aren't available. In a pinch, the five foot length even accommodates a deadlift motion, though it's somewhat awkward.I braided my 60# cable with a pair of 30# cables because a full set all at once isn't in the budget. (Patience is for badasses.) It also takes care of the tangles (not enough patience for that, though.).You're going to want to keep these out of sunlight and dry heat, though. I didn't have much of a choice for a little while and the 30# cables are already starting to show it. There might be some kind of conditioner one could put on the cables--NOT SILICONE-BASED LUBE, THOUGH; it'll kill them quicker. What I Like:Cables can be used with or without handles.Super practical for travel or minimal home use.Really nice price for the qualityWhat I don't likeI'd like to be able to make my own length a little better than simply braiding the cable with others. Knots don't work.(Off-topic) the 3-cable handles I have are really rough on the back of the wrist during many very common movements one would use these cables for. At times I just grab the cable in front of the handle but it's not always ideal.

Good bands, similar or same as Beachbody bands
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the hot pink "30lb" band.So this resistance band is EXACTLY the same as the hot pink Beachbody "15lb" resistance band, if you were wondering. Not sure where the lb rating comes from, or who has it wrong. It's fine, because I bought it to pair with their 3 band handle. To give you a reference for how tight it is....As a pretty fit woman, I could use this one for shoulder flys (a move I would want "light" resistance for.) But might even be too strong for a double shoulder fly, and would have to lessen the tension and do one at a time! (See my video example)

As expected
Not much to say about these. They snapped right into the handles I already had. Had the same tension as the one's I was replacing (which had lasted for years)

Works as intended, been using these for over a decade.
Ive been using Lifeline Fitness products for a long while now. For myself and professionally. Great home solution instead of buying Cable-Weight Stack machines, also saves space in crowded commercial gyms. Force curve is a little different but not a deal breaker and can help with 'burn-out' type exercises.

Hard to insert into handle, but it works
A few people gave this product 1 star because they couldn't insert it into the handle. This was what I felt when I just received. However, after I read another user's review, I was able to get it to work. Granted, just putting it into the slot is a workout in itself, but it is possible. Step on the cable near the knot, grab as close as you can, and pull hard. Edge the slot in the handle against the cable and push it on. You can also do the same closer to the middle of the cable (safer). It takes a few tries to get used to, but then you'll be happy because it provides a level of resistance that the hollow cables cannot. Don't forget it's rated 100lbs, so it's not for beginners.

This is an excellent product and performs as advertised.
This is an excellent product and performs as advertised. I've been using these items for over twenty years. The ease of use, the resistance is accurate, they are very durable and will last for years if cared for. I have recommended these products to my family and friends for years. I hope that they continue to be available for many years to come.

Excellent exercise tubes
I use these tubes for physiotherapy and they work very well. Had purchased some from Lifeline in the past but they don’t ship to Canada anymore for some reason.Lifeline won’t tell you how to put the plugs in if you want to shorten them as they want you to buy another tube. In the past you could buy lengths of tubes and the plugs so custom lengths could be made for different applications. They no longer offer that either so I had to go a different route as a workaround. Will buy again when these wear out. If they are still available.

seem like nice bands
So far they seem like good bands, but we'll see how long they last

Very adaptable when used over a member of a power rack.
I do recommend covering the scuffable portion with hockey tape to extend the life of the latex. The ends are tacky enough to be gripped firmly without plastic handles.

Great for the portable power jumper
I use these with the regular ‘soft’ handled chest expanders as a much cheaper portable power jumper—saves a ton of money. Your shoed feet don’t know the difference if they are in the chest expander handles or the much more expensive ppj handles. The only problem is the ppj bands come with a nice foam padding. Just wrap a towel around your upper back/lats and stop whining
