Needs extra support
I attached the bolster to the footrest on my recliner. The Velcro strips on the bolster will not hold it in place, so I added Velcro strips on each end to hold the bolster on the footrest. The bolster is a very good idea. The sheepskin cover on the bolster is comfortable. I have swollen ankles and feet, and the bolster elevates my legs enough to reduce the amount of swelling.

Uncomfortable, Unsecurable
I was so happy when I found this leg rest cushion. It looked like exactly what I was looking for, and even came with straps to secure it to the footrest of my recliner! I took the time to measure my footstool, just to make sure it was a good fit, and ordered the product.I received what I expected ... technically. It fit! The straps stretched nicely around the footstool, so I no longer had to take my couch pillows off and on every time I got up. That probably remains my favorite part about this cushion. What went wrong?Well, while I'm talking about the physical fit, there is another catch. Inevitably the cushion slides down, and then off, the footstool if it is not re-secured on a regular basis. This sounds like a weak or lazy complaint, but the reason I needed this product is to help with comfort when I'm sitting due to a physical disability. I cannot even strap the cushion onto the chair myself in the first place, and it came off - completely - in under two days. When I gave it to my mom, she tried pulling the straps tighter, and sat a little differently than I did, and it took I think four days to slide off the chair for her. But slide off it did.Aside from that issue, my biggest complaint by far is the comfort. I thought, with the sherpa cover, it would be soft and comfy. It is sort of soft, but it is not at all comfortable. The cushion inside is HARD and actually hurt my foot and ankle (the site of my disability). I had to twist it in uncomfortable positions to find relief, and could not sit in any one position too long. Why the two stars?Because it is pretty much what I expected, except for the comfort issue. It might be fine for someone with less tenderness (my mom didn't complain about the firmness), though she did stop using it, also.

The foam is a bit hard not at all like a pillow!
The foam is stiff and I hope over time it will soften up.

It is ok but hard to attach to my recliner!
This was purchased to elevate my legs so to lessen the swelling. Difficult to attach and remove from my recliner!

Stays where you put it
My disabled husband sits in a recliner a lot, and needed something to raise his feet higher. I tried pillows but I was constantly having to pick them up off the floor to put them back under his feet. This pad stays where I put it, is comfortable and easy to keep clean.

Just right leg lift
My 91 year old mother had been experiencing swollen ankles. Her foot rest on her recliner needed to be higher so her feet would be elevated more. This pillow worked perfectly. Straps hold it in place securely with no slipping. This was a good buy.

Very Nice
I am going to be able to use this but it is not as soft as I was hoping. I should have paid more attention to the measurement as it is a bit too big for my recliner.
