Q: Would these work for a work environment that is slippery?

Bought for wearing around/in pool as I teach disabled children and need to be safe. It was like being on ice and nearly slipped over! These are definitely not fit for purpose. Complete waste of money!

Q: Do they have an insole ?

Yes they do. Took them I hol to Greece. Amazing so comfortable. Sand was boiling and water Stoney, no problem. Love them! Very light not like the rubber ones you see. Might buy some as gifts for people too. Definitely recommend and quick delivery too. Come in a zipped bag also
