Had to have our duralit one replaced three times and each time they broke within months. I don't know how long this will last but I am hopeful as the design is so much better. There are as no electrical components in the jug part itself, its just a stainless steel jug and whisk and the electrical components are all in the base. It's half the price too and a breeze to both use and clean.

This froths and heat milk without effort. Easiest to clean as it’s jug is separate from the heating element so no cord means easy washing. Quite impressed with its lack of faff.

My Family was very excited to get this product. Sadly, it did not come with all the parts needed but one email and the company responded instantly and sent them out. This produces enough to fill two medium cups, perfect for a couple or small family. There are four settings and so far we have enjoyed the cappachino and choco settings the most. It is really easy to use and exceptionally easy to clean. An around excellent product and good value.

Did loads of research & loved the idea that this machine could do more than just froth milk like a lot of others on the market. Absolutely love it, the selling point to me was I could also make hot chocolate in it. Brilliant addition to the kitchen. The only negative is I wish you could have a choice with different temperatures, but all other frothers in uk market are exactly the same. So hopefully in the future the manufacturers will make this change. Still 5 stars all day long.

Robust and simple to use. Milk is warmed, if required but not piping hot. Frothiest milk to use are barrista brands if using nut milk. Full fat cow's milk best for creamiest dairy alternative.

This is a first -class milk frother, especially because it's so easy to clean, but the performance of the supplier, Home Treats, in spares replacement is woeful. It is all too easy to lose the small spinner that sticks magnetically to the jug, without which it's useless. Amazon said it's up to the supplier, Home Treats, to supply the spinner; Home Treats says only Amazon can help (hardly likely!). For this reason (only), I strongly recommend against buying this item.

Well on reading some of the reviews it said it didn’t froth semi skimmed milk, well I can definitely tell you that’s completely wrong. I only have semi, I put it on latte and it comes out perfectly and frothy all the time. It is so easy to clean and really really quiet, in fact it’s a smashing machine and I would highly recommend.

My advice, stay clear of this milk brother. Mine worked for one week before it stopped working without switching it on an off at the wall socket. Ans as for me i returned it and was stung for the postage costs!, Illegally! If an item sold on line is faulty it's the sellers responsibility to pay the postage costs. That wasn't an option when I printed my return label! How do these sellers get away with breaking the law? Avid at all costs!
