I did not know these thing could need replacing but when I did it was like getting a new grill.

Replacement part for baby Weber

I was hesitant to buy an after-market burner for my Weber Q1200 after reading reviews on other replacement burners. I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money on the genuine Weber part. The burner was a perfect fit. All I had to do was remove one screw with a flathead screwdriver. The screw is under the grate where the starter wiring comes in. I've used the grill heavily year-round for four years and it works like new again.

Mounting tab welds broke immediately as I started to screw it in place. Ended up having to tack in place with some JB weld. Would have sent back, but needed to use it.

This burner is not designed for the Q1200 BBQ. As you can see, I compare the old burner with the replacement. The new burner is too long and doesn't fit in the space for the burner in the bbq. When I tried to install it, I realized that the bolt holes don't line up. When I attempted to push in the part that connects to the propane feed end, it actually damaged the male end on the bbq. I requested for a refund.

product was 1/8 too long to fit properly, had to coustomize but the burner works well

Product uses inter screen in and on top of tube,which restricts allowing gas valve fitting vs proper method of screen on outside tube ,on bottom side
