Full flavour, easy to use
Excellent quality ají panca. The flavour is bold and authentic, not spicy but full of depth. I used it for marinades and sauces and it really elevates the dish. Smooth texture and great aroma when cooking. Hard to find good ají panca in the UK, so I’m very happy with this one.

Fabulous flavour but it could do with a little more kick - not too much - aji panca should just have a little kick.

Not the same texture as aji panca, but very close if you are far from Peru. Taste is a little bit of preservants tho.
