USE 0 GAUGE WIRE!
Great amp! I was looking for between 1700-2000 watts and this delivered. I did make sure to watch reviews and amp dynos. I have this running two SKAR Audio ZVX 8 inch at 1ohm. They are rated at 900 rms and they are MOVING. One thing to note is you MUST run 1/0 gauge wire. I had 4 gauge at first and the amp was over heating. Called audiopipe and was told that it was working to hard to pull current. I changed wire added a second battery and no problems at all. The bass knob is super smooth and metal I wish it had a clip light but for the price it's fine. The look of this is really clean I have black subs so a nice black amp was a plus. So in closing if you need 2000 watts rms or there about for under 300 this is a great buy.

Bang for buck
My buddy ran one at .5ohm in his comp build did great. Picked one up, I’ve had this one for 3 years no problems still strong. Prone to over heating, but easily manageable with a 40 dollar fan. I think it’s better than some amps in its class. Currently pushing two audiopipe quad stack 15s Bout to buy a second one to strap easy 4k

Big upgrade from my 1000watt RMS amp
This amp is powerful I'm glad I upgraded my alternator beforehand. I have it on two audio pipe 15s in a sealed box and they hit Hard. Broke my trunk latch on my 88 Lincoln town car. Anyone whining about the amp getting hot is running it on a stock electrical system and the tiny fuse it comes with do not use the fuse it comes with. Upgrade your wiring and alternator and stop crying. I almost didn't buy this amp because of all the whining. Glade I didn't listen to the cheapsters.

love the brand. disappointed in this product and customer service.
Audio Pipe is the only stereo equipment I use, as well as my friends and family, due to my positive experience. However, this amp recently melted down in my brand new truck slightly over a year after being professionally installed. It was never abused and only respectfully operated. I have now reached out to the seller and Audio Pipe directly, with ZERO response or effort to resolve this issue I am experiencing. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PARTICULAR AMP. Don’t cheap out and buy this product.

Improved over the APMI2000
I originally had a APMI2000 and pounded on it pretty hard, but wired at a2 ohm load. Amp never even got warm but was power hungry and caused voltage drop on my stock electrical (yes, I know it needs upgrading).System was stolen and the APMI was phased out I guess, so I got this version instead. It does run much hotter than the APMI, but I get nowhere near the voltage drop anymore. Time will tell how long it lasts due to the heat and lack of fans, but as of now it beats on my Sundown U-12D4V2 just fine as a daily driver.

Beast of an amp
This amp has mixed reviews and it made me iffy about getting it but let me tell you I’m very pleased I did! It did get warm so I mounted it on the side of my box and put rubber grommets to make it stick out further away for more air flow and now it’s not warm at all and I got it bumping none stop. This thing is a beast on power. The bass knob is good quality and the amp is too. I wouldn’t hesitate on buying it bc it’s a budget monster!!

Solid amplifier
Had this hooked up to a few different drivers, it performed well and didn't really over heat or clip. Used oversized OFC and it never went into protection etc the remote nob was kinda junky but other than that you can get another one from skat but it won't be as good still a great amp though

Buy amp in person
Worked good at first but then stopped working properly, it would go on to protection mode on and off, I already asked for a refund or a replacement and the seller agreed to give me a refund buts its gonna be a month and still haven't received my refund even after I sent the Amp back
