Quality is great, you can see result even after 1st time. A bit pricy but takes off cradle caps very good. No cradle caps after 3 uses. Light scent. Easy to use, foamy, perfect for sensitive skin.

I bought this shampoo some time ago and it works really well. It is very gentle on my baby’s scalp and hair, easy to apply and rinse, and has a light, pleasant smell. After using it for a while, I noticed a big improvement, especially with cradle cap. Great quality and a trusted brand for babies.

This worked great on my baby with long thick hair and dandruff/cradle cap. You don't need as much as you think. No skin or scalp irritation with 1-2x weekly use. The scent isn't pleasant- it doesn't smell bad, and the odor is mild, but it definitely doesn't smell nice, it smells like chemicals. Rinses well from hair, leaves no residue, hair does not seem dry. When used in appropriate quantity and rinsed into bath water, bath water splashed in baby's eyes did not bother her. It is on the pricy side but on par with similar products.

I am extremely impressed by this shampoo! My baby had decently bad cradle cap, and I kept waiting for it to go away on it's own. After a month or so, I finally decided I wanted to see if there was anything I could do to help. The reviews on this shampoo sounded promising, so I gave it a shot. WOW. The cradle cap started to clear up within a matter of days. Once the majority of the cradle cap was gone (within the first week of using), I felt like my baby's hair started to grow really fast. We continue to use this shampoo, and it does a great job of keeping my baby's hair soft and clean. We love this shampoo!

Very impressed with how well this worked! My 2 month old had bad cradle cap but also a ton of hair. I was very worried about her losing her hair from the cradle cap or even this product. Thankfully, not only is her hair still intact, her cradle cap is gone! I only used it maybe 3 times but 95% of the cradle cap was gone the first time we used it. I washed her hair twice in a row the first time we used it and I think that helped. We also used Frida Baby cradle cap kit which helped a ton! I will recommend this product to all my mom friends!
