(3 Pack) Lion Brand Yarn DIY Glow Yarn, Natural

This yarn is so fun!! I don't have a good picture of it glowing, but it does glow really well. The skien is smaller than I expected, but there was enough yarn for almost 2 of these ghosts. The second one needs the frill at the bottom, arms and to be closed off. Not too bad! It does have a different feel too it, likely from whatever makes it glow in the dark. It's not bad, just something that's good to know ahead of time. Definitely recommended if you don't mind the price and the texture! I really love that it glows! So that made it worth it for me.

Yarn is thinner then other 4 weight yarn but it still works up similar and the end result is fantastic. Glow is noticeable. I highly recommend and will be buying more.

I'm still new to crochet so I ordered expecting a normal sized skein of yarn, but was surprised when a small skein arrived instead. I was still able to use it for my intended project, but I wish they made it more clear that it is such a small amount. You can see in my pictures that it is as tall as a standard crochet needle and fairly small compared to other yarns.It's pretty, but it's pricey for the amount that you get, I guess you gotta pay for the effect! It does glow well and looks really cool. I also noticed it's got a waxy feel to it, it leaves your fingers feeling weird when working with it, but that might be what they coat the fibers with to make it glow?

The media could not be loaded.  The yarn is really good quality, super easy and fun to work with. I restarted my projects quite a few times using it, and it never frayed or fell apart.The glow is always there, and after being in the sun for a minute or two it quite literally glows in the light as well as a dark.I made a tiny scarf for my dog and he loved it, it didn’t cause any issues for my skin when working with it, and he was perfectly fine having it on him as well.

Nice yarn but very disappointed, doesn’t glow in the dark. Left it in the sun light, nothing , placed it under the kitchen lights, nothing .

It was easy to work with , the yarn is surprisingly soft and it makes for a really nice clean product, no fuzzy texture, I love that the original color is white and then if you let it get charged enough with light it’ll glow after dark it turns bright green . I have made one project so far and it has been amazing it has held up well so far .

Small skein but I made a 6 inch stuffy alien out of less than one skein on #4 hook. Works well. Charge under bright light and it glows for 15 minutes or so. Kind of pricy compared to my usual el cheapo Red Heart Super Saver yarn so I use it mostly for accents like spikes on the back of a baby kaiju. Softer than some glow in the dark yarn, but not as soft as medium weight polyester. Good balance of slippery and grippy.

1/4 the size of a normal bundle of yarn.

This yarn is soft, works up nicely and glows nice and bright 😊MUCH easier to work with than another brand I bought on Amazon.

I was skeptical about whether this yarn would work, but it is surprising good so long as you 'charge' it up. It feels like a cotton yarn so not my favourite texture but it was brilliant for Christmas decorations.

Ich hab die wolle für eine Freundin bestellt und mir ein ooghie booghie gewünscht. Und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die wolle leuchtet mega! Und sieht echt toll aus.
