Vitamin B complex Plus

This has now become a regular purchase. Good quality methylated B- vitamin formulation, so more bioavailable than many other products. Good value. I was getting cramps and did a blood test expecting my mineral levels to be low. I was quite surprised to discover that it was actually my vitamin B levels that were low. These tablets are easy to swallow, and don’t really have a taste.

Price is ok, and tablets are an easy size to swallow. For some reason though, I found that they made me really tired & I stopped after only a week or so.

My husband was very tired all the time so I thought I would try these. Good value

I cannot comment on the medical side, but this is a nice combination with dosage that works for me. Good value for the contents. I’ll use again.

So we run in cycles in terms of doing B supplements, but they've become more important recently. These slotted right in and we found there were no differences from B sourced else where.
