I have used vitamin C regularly for years. This is hands down the best vitamin C that I have ever used. I spent the winter living in a high rise surrounded by hacking, coughing, sneezing, sniffling, sick people. Nearly every day, I was in an elevator with people who looked like they had one foot in the grave. I have not gotten sick one time. I am currently breastfeeding. The baby has been surrounded by sick people and has not gotten sick, either. This vitamin C is worth every penny.

They are on the large side, but not terrible. So worth it! I have been so much healthier since I started taking these. I’m fact, there was a short time that I did not make it a priority, and I felt it.
