I am very happy with my purchase. It just arrived today. I was hoping that it wouldn't be dinged up like the pictures from other reviews. The shipment was quick, the packaging was made with care, very thick foams around the tool chest. Minor dings about 8% damage. Worth the money. I expected some damage from shipping...the box took a beating-20%, welp rather that than my tool chest though. I can tell that this company put effort into packaging. Thx

I have Snap On tool boxes. This is not one of those. But, for a hobby shop, lite tool work, house stuff, it's great. Drawers slide out and slide back in. There is linners in eack drawer. The top box is shipped inside of the main box. The unit is packed in a lot of foam boards. Mine came in perfect condition. There is a half hour of assembly. For the money, great. If you are a car mechanic, don't buy. This is light duty.

Came out of the box with drawers falling off! Half of the tool box is bent up. The hinges for the bottom door are broken off the door won't even hang. This is total garbage. None of the draws work. DO NOT BUY!!!
