They cook well and wash easily. **Q: Do these work well with induction?** A: Yes work very well **Q: Does this scratch easily?** A: Not if using Wooden kitchen utensils/spurtles or hi-temp silicone/plastic utensils. Metal forks, knives or sharp ended items will scratch any cooking vessel. I have a bunch of 1"scratches in my pan, but it's STILL in tact, nonstick & ez clean up.
