Works
Working good so far, have to take it consistently or else you don’t notice a change kind of like taking chlorophyll. Coughed up white mucus and get wheezy but I think that’s the herbs working there magic.

This tea is a game changer
This tea has been a game changer for me. I have COPD I constantly had the crackle sound of mucus in my chest. I purchased this tea in April and my husband has ordered 5 more since then because it has cleared my chest of the phlegm. I no longer sound like a motor when I breathe and have used my inhaler very few times. I still do my breathing exercises which also help, but I will continue drinking this tea. I recommend it highly. I get about 3 servings out of 1 tea bag. Try it! It's all I drink now.

Yummy and works
Not sure why people are saying it smells bad, it smells good unless you let it get cold. I am a heavy smoker and this tea has made me breathe so much better. Not sure if it is related, but I have been having issues with feeling my legs, I will update after I am done with the 10 days to see if that has stopped. But overall, I highly recommend this product.

It tastes better than it smells 🤷🏻♀️
I was impressed with the size of the tea bags, they're quite large and hold a larger amount of loose tea in them (way more than an average tea bag). It tastes better than it smells but I just couldn't get over the smell. It's quite pungent.

Overall positive impression. Unknown sourcing, not organic
First off, this is a generic brand, seems to be from china, with unknown sourcing, and it's definitely not organic.Having said that these ingredients (if authentic) definitely have the potential to help with lung detox. The taste is good to me, and you can add whatever you want for flavor. Peppermint is always a good thing to add. Or add stevia, or mix with chai tea. The taste by itself is very herbal and rooty, with the ginseng giving it a bit of complexity and spiciness. I like it straight, it numbs the throat a bit, makes me feel good.If you feel you need to do a detox for a particular reason, I would suggest visiting an integrative or functional doctor, not just a GP/MD (even though many MDs call themselves functional doctors for marketing purposes). A diagnosis is important, and also a method - you shouldn't take vitamins while detoxing, for example, and you may need to complement this with other things to get the most benefit. Also it's likely a bad idea to try to detox too many body parts at once, or to do a detox for too many days in a row. My doctor generally has me on 4 days of detox then 7 days of vitamins/rebuilding. Also roots are powerful, people easily forget that these things have contraindications and can interfere with medication.I think the average person could probably take this tea for 10 days and it would provide some benefits, or help clear up a lung infection, and the average person probably wouldn't have any negative side effects. But if you have have a specific objective in mind, consult a certified functional doctor (ie, CFMP or similar). And if you're on medications always check webmd or similar for drug interactions.
