Anyone ordering this to be aware seller will contact you (my case was left voicemail ) to check if you have appropriate back rack to go with the seat, saves you ordering wrong one.so far very happy with seat just as described

No instructions makes is extremely difficult to install
Thank you for sending it in a million pieces with no instructions! Perfect! However after many google searches and YouTube videos we managed to get it on the bike. Brought us so much more freedom being able to take the little one with us.

Vital part worn out in just over a year.
Not very happy. I've had it for just over a year and it hasn't had regular use but a plastic part that turns a nut so you can adjust the clamp has worn away so the nut can't be tightened anymore.Before this part wore away it was great and relatively light weight.
