Q: How many patches do you receive in the kit?

5-6 of various sizes. TO be honest though if its not a big hole, it might have just happened during shipping. That was my story. The trampoline came with a decent size hole (about the size of a quarter) which I used a square patch with the sew method as opposed to thee glue method. After I did that, i started to realize that there was line across the whole trampoline which has been damaged slightly almost like something sharp was run across the whole seam. I was concerned about that and the whole thing failing, however, its been up for a year and no further damage. The patch I used had some of the string come loose (IM not good at sewing) but it has still held up fine. You could also ask the company to send you a new pad. I did and they sent me two so I have them in case the whole thing fails

Q: Does the product need to be used above a certain temperature?

Above 50 F. is best. If applied in temperatures below 65, allow a 24 Hour cure time before use of the Trampoline. 65 and above 12 Hour cure time. Thank You and Happy Jumping!!!
