These are my absolute favorite chips. I melt them with a little milk or cream and stir..the chocolate is smooth and delicious and makes a great afternoon treat. Be sure not to overcook them. I microwave them for 9-11 seconds..then sort of stir..wait a minute..do another 9-11 seconds depending on how many I'm melting. Ala the milk doesn't boil the chips are fine and stir up nice and smooth.

I love the HU Mint Gems and am sorry to see that they are discontinued from HU. I hope they will reconsider and bring back this flavor. These are great in the afternoon (or evening) when you just sit down with a cup of coffee. For me, better than any kind of "chocolate product" out there. I do hope that Hu will continue the GEMS even though the Mint will be gone. The package arrived in a small box and the best buy date was four months away. Tightly wrapped. Amazon delivery driver was so careful bringing to my door. I wish I could thank them personally. Highly recommend!

Made with coconut sugar, melts nicely, mix with nuts and seeds for a healthy Snack---SO DELISH!

This product has too much lead in it. had to throw mine away. I wouldn’t use it.

I got these just over a month ago (May 2024) and they’re not at all fresh. They are light in color and don’t have a fresh texture. They also expire in December 2024. So technically they aren’t expired but we all know chocolate doesn’t need to expire to have diminished quality. Wish I would have caught this sooner because now it’s too late to return. Please don’t send stale product that is going to expire in a few months.

Deep intense chocolate flavor with a strong hint of saltiness. Not too sweet. Melts very easily, being in the package immediately. Mine were delivered partly melted.

As I moved to a plant-based diet, I was trying to figure out how to do chocolate. This little package of gem chocolate has given me quite of few options: Straight out of the bag, added to an organic trail mix, put 2 on a small spoon of peanut butter (you have an instant Reese's Peanut Butter cup). I ordered a box of 6 bags as they keep really well on the pantry shelf and the seller did an awesome job of packing them for the hot August weather. They were delivered in perfect condition.

These high-cacao chips are lowest in heavy metal contamination and they taste wonderful!
