Bought this item after being impressed by the TV demo on QVC, to replace my trusty ancient Karcher which had developed a faulty switch and slight leak. Wanted it primarily for the patio cleaner, but the attachment was lightweight, flimsy, and "plasticky". After cleaning patio, discovered that the jet bar was not rotating (despite moving freely when pushed by hand) so cleaned with static brush, found after patio dried it had left deep "scribble" marks, had to dig out my old Karcher to go over it all again to try and eradicate, but marks still visible. The TV demonstration of product on QVC showed that by lifting the cleaner head you could clean gravel, but not possible with non-rotating jet, just blows gravel around.The two standard nozzles performed no better than my 100 bar Karcher, and the function where the power kicks in only when operating trigger packed up after and hour or so's use, and motor started making an unhealthy noise indicating something was wrong.The trigger can be locked to prevent accidental starting, but cannot be locked "on", meaning hand ached after having to keep stiff trigger squeezed throughout.
