Butterfly 4 Jar Mixer Grinder - 110 V Matchless - New Model, Gray

Good product and good looking. It is not 650 watts as mentioned in the product description but only 550 watts. However works well. No issues so far but have used it only for a couple of weeks

We are dissatisfied with the support provided for the mixer due to ongoing manufacturer-related issues. The repeated problems we have encountered clearly indicate poor manufacturing quality, which reflects negatively on both Amazon and the Butterfly brand. Given the recurring failures and the overall low quality of the product, we have decided not to proceed with repairing or replacing the broken parts. Instead, we will move forward with a different vendor to avoid further disruptions to our operations. We expected a higher level of quality, reliability, and customer support. Unfortunately, this product has not met those expectations in any way. We will be reporting these concerns on a public forum to share our experience with other customers. The parts will be collected from where they were left. Overall, this has been a completely unsatisfactory experience.

Excellent blades and does. Good job with all our Desi cooking needs. The only downside is the handles don’t seem to be sturdy, the edges in the bottom of the unit are sharp and can hence scrap your fingers when you are cleaning.

Very good quality and heavy-duty.

I didn't like of the product as water started coming through the lids while in operation.

I have been using it for over a month now and have prepared dosa batter, chutney, veg and non-veg curries using the mixie. I received a new and unused mixie and have not experienced any issues of loud noise or food spilling out when the mixie is in the use. Also the handles are strong and haven't experienced any issues with it as compared to my previous mixie. This one is a good buy and works like a charm.

This is the worst mixer grinder you can ever buy. After about six months of use, one of the jars blades got stuck, they do not turn. Now, the jars do not even seat properly into the base unit to get the power turn on. This product does not work. I reached out to Amazon's support to file a claim under the 3-year manufacturer's warranty that it comes with.

So far the mixer grinder has been doing good job. It grinds well. The attachments are handy. Hope it lasts long. Haven't tried the juicer attachment yet.

It was very good and authentic product from Butterfly. The product is working really good as required. Earlier we bought another mixer grinder from Baja which was so worse and seemed to be a duplicate product. I am happy that this product solved the issue now. Do try out this product guys👍🏻😊

Works fine but the jar handle came off after a months use..

Less noice and heavy duty Mixy Grinder.

Worth the money.

3 years using the product. Sound is comparatively high and one of the jar's handle was came out.
