Low sodium for real. Light flavor taste. I take very strong odor herbs and plain water won’t help me choke it down. These work! 80mgs of sodium is pretty good compared to what I’ve seen. A little pricey, but worth it!

Most of the flavors are pretty good. I like that the flavors not too strong for a large 42 ounce container. But I will not buy the mixed variety again. The cherry limeade is beyond disgusting. The grape isn’t great, but it is OK. I did like the other flavors, but if I have to throw half of the things out, it’s not worth purchasing.

I was hoping this would be like the liquid IV grape, it’s nothing like it. Very sweet and tart, odd aftertaste. I wish I hadn’t of bought such a large pack, it’s gross.
