I love this. Now the pump is Not chrome which would have made this not only a Huge difference. But I would have paid more not to have a plastic pump.It’s plastic chrome.It does work fine. You just need to have patience and align it screwing it in. I put this in my basket.Definitely would break if it hits my tile.My family and company can access it from the basket also purchased on Amazon.I took two quick pics.Pros: They send a extra pump?? Which is awesome!Just in case I guess. Would make a Cute gift in a wash basket for Sis Mothers Day or a Shower gift!

These are great for my new kitchen and will keep the counter clean with the silicone tray! So nicely made and lots of labels to choose from to customize!

I had been looking for just the right soap dispenser for the kitchen. Most were either too modern or too country or too something. This one struck the "just right" note for me and I am very pleased with it. I am writing this review (not because this is the world's greatest dispenser) but because the manufacturers included an extra pump (!) along with a note advising their contact info in the event there was a problem. I loved this. Dispenser pumps are really hard to replace (and they do wear out). I am very pleased that this company sent another one along. And, recognizing that buying stuff online is really difficult if there is a problem they have anticipated it, and provided answers. I was impressed. Enough to write a review.

The size of the soap dispenser was actually bigger than expected but I love it! It functions great and is a great addition to my bathroom! I have had this for about 2 years now and it is still in perfect condition, rust resistant

So far I like it, good for the price, if the pump breaks they send another one, so I think I will have it for a while. Looks nice in my powder room. The star less is because the bottle do not look completely smooth, see the puctires. Also it is easy to write a review sunce they include a QR code, but it didn’t completely worked, it just took me to Amazon.

Works and looks good

I hestated purchasing this because it is breakable, but I loved the fact that it says "soap." I keep it at the sink in the kitchen and there is never a doubt what is in it, so if someone goes to the sink to wash hands (which we do endlessly these days) they know what's in the pump. I know that if I was at someone's house and went to wash my hands I wouldn't use a pump if I didn't know what was in it. With this one, there's no guessing. Not only that it's beautiful it dispenses just the right amound of soap.

...which means that getting the caps to screw on after filling the soap bottle is very tricky. (The threads are too thick, the grooves aren't deep enough, and it's very difficult to get the caps started screwing on and get them to screw on straight, as a result.)We bought two, and this is true of both of them, so I'm confident it's how they are, not just that we got a bum one.Apart from that, they're nice looking and also nice and heavy. They also included a spare pump/cap, for when the first one gives out (which in my experience soap dispenser pumps always do).The amount of soap you get with a single pump is pretty small -- you're normally going to need two pumps to wash your hands -- but that's not a huge deal. I'd be very pleased with them if it weren't for the issue with the threads.
