Looks beautiful so I purchased 2. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!I had an issue with some parts, which were actually not the issue, however,when I contacted the seller, their respons to my inquiry was, "don't you read the instructions." I guess customer service goes down the drain.By the time my contractor finished it was too late to return, now I'm left with 2 useless faucets.

I got an open box, it even had a Kohls receipt in it but I'm okay with it.The price reflected this, it was under $30I get bored with stuff excited with very low prices.Product is perfectly packaged, came in little cotton individual bags.This faucet is stylish and elegant. Its a pleasure to wash yourself, like a waterfall.My husband had no issues installing it.I recommend it.I will tell you this faucet is very big, I'm thinking this is why it was returned.I love it.

The media could not be loaded.  Just installed in our new build by professional plumbers and I LOVE IT! Its gorgeous!!!!!! Only draw back is that if you dial back the water pressure too much it will start to pool underneath the faucet head onto sink. Our son pointed this out as he was playing around with it. As you can see, the faucet head sits back from the sink, our granite countertops were installed the day before and 8 inch holes cut, so I'd assume this positioning would be the same for most. This is the only drawback SO far...our home is not completed yet, so once we are in and can put the faucet to use- I'll submit an update! Its beautiful though!!!!! It goes great with my waterfall tub filler for my clawfoot tub!

This faucet is great. Everyone that sees it is amazed at how great it looks. I do wish there was more room from front to back because it feels like you will bump your hands on the sink when washing. I have a rectangular sink which may be the issue. We do love it though

Great looking faucet!! Everyone loves it. It works well but opt for pro install. My guy says 1 piece needs to be altered (a very little) but no biggie. My wife is so happy 😊

Nice tap. Delivery was quick. It was missing a part. I contacted the seller and he resent me the missing piece and supplied me with a tracking number. This seller is honest. I would definitely recommend buying from this seller.
