I’ve tried a lot of sleep gummies, and these ZzzQuil Triple Action ones actually work really well for me. I usually have trouble falling asleep because my mind won’t shut off, but after taking these, I feel relaxed and sleepy without feeling knocked out. The gummies taste good, not chalky or weird like some others I’ve tried. I like that they’re easy to chew and don’t upset my stomach. The 6mg melatonin feels strong enough to help me fall asleep faster, but I don’t wake up feeling groggy the next morning. I’ve been using them for a few nights now and I’m sleeping more consistently. Obviously everyone is different, but these have been a solid help for me. I’ll definitely keep these on hand for nights when I can’t wind down.

The taste is very strong, but work better than anything else out there

Already bought twice, I used to take the pills but the gummies are the way to go. It’s not fast acting so, I would take it a hour before but when you fall asleep it keeps you asleep and i feel like i had a good rest. Will be purchasing from here on,

Going to give it a 4 because it's probably a good for many. I take same brand with chamomile, works pretty well. I was looking for a higher dose of melatonin, so went with this without researching the ashwagandha. Apparently for some people it acts like a stimulant. That would be me. Lol. It also interacts with the thyroid, so if you have thyroid issues, I'd try it on a day when you can go without sleep to test. I would not have gotten this had I looked it up. Anyway. Good luck!

I’ve tried several sleep aids, and these ZzzQuil PURE Zzzs Triple Action Gummies are by far my favorite. They taste great (a pleasant berry flavor, not too sweet), and I love that they use melatonin plus botanicals to help me relax before bed. Within about 30 minutes, I start feeling calmer and ready for sleep. The best part is that I wake up feeling rested and refreshed, not groggy like with some other sleep products. I also like that the gummies are easy to take—no pills to swallow—and they don’t upset my stomach. If you struggle with occasional sleeplessness, these gummies are a gentle, effective solution. I always keep a bottle on hand now. Highly recommend!

Great stuff! Helps me go straight to sleep

Works well, maybe too well, I took the recommended dose and I guess I didn’t sleep long enough ( less than 7 hours), so was super groggy all day. Tastes horrible, I’m talking about forcing myself to even think about taking one, and so sweet and sticky, that it seriously hurts my newly damaged teeth enamel. Also, the strangest thing happened the first night I tried it - I had a nightmare for the first time in years, and I’ve been having weird and sometimes scary dreams every night I take those gummies. I’ve skimmed through reviews and didn’t see anything about the nightmares, and it might be just a coincidence, but I’m going to fork out more money for a different brand just in case.
