Hi, according with the package it holds 10.5 quarts or 9.937 liters. It works excellent at my coffee shop.

The lid has broken up in two pieces within a month ,where can I get a spare lid?

Garbage/Dangerous

The inside walls have multiple pin holes, rusted and eaten through. I went to pull the insert and received a very bad shock. My heart is still racing. This is complete junk, didnt even last a year. Dont buy this pot!
