Purchased these to relieve heartburn/indigestion, and they seem to help. We also use them for my son who gets carsick when we're on road trips and they do provide some relief. While there are lots of flavors offered for this product, Mango is our favorite. They do sometimes stick to the wrapper, but with a little more effort they come out of the packaging just fine. I always keep a few in my purse in case I need them, so the fact that they're individually wrapped really helps.
