Very good flour for bread
We used this flour for making bread and it turned out perfect. It turned out soft and fluffy inside and crispy crust outside. The price is right and cheaper compared to other expensive artisan flour available on Amazon. Request the seller to keep the product always available at the same price.

The sooji is too smooth, not like the old stuff we used to buy, which was bigger grained and rougher!

Excellent and rises well in baking
When used for baking bread, this flour rises like crazy! I had to cut down the amount of yeast I was using, and even so it gives me very light fluffy bread. The taste is good too. I rate it better than the "Samrat" brand I was buying from my local shop.

Great maida!
Takes some time to reach me. Maybe due to covid. But quality is lovely. I loved it. Is flavourful for sure . Definitely better than regular store bought maidas.
