I really enjoy this chewable version. I've taken all types of ginseng for many years. This was the first I'd had the fermented red panax and I really enjoy taking one in the afternoon for a nice energy boost. It doesn't hit you like a ton of bricks, it's more subtle and I find myself being more active with less fatigue throughout the rest of the day.
