Bought this on recommendation from a detailing company and it massively disappointed. The leather still looks dirty. BMW premium Merino leather so not cheap plastic stuff. Going with Gtechniq instead.

This product works really well at removing dirt from leather. The most important thing that learned while cleaning was to read the directions. You may have to add a mixture of water to reduce the cleaning power. Make sure that you try it on a spot that’s not so obvious first to help you determine if you need to add water as a reducer.

Really works well in cleaning and giving the new leather look without a super high gloss when used with the clear coat

I tried this first with just a towel and it performed poorly. Then I used a short bristle brush and in combination with some light scrubbing it did a great job. So, don't forget to order a brush or cut a cheap paint brush down or use a old toothbrush, which is what I did. Also, used Chemical Guys Sprayable Liquid Leather and Conditions which worked great.
