For those that don't know , Amla is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, This product is well packed, and processed. No lumps. One aspect to be aware of is the inherent bitterness associated with Amla. While the taste may be an acquired one, the product's effectiveness makes it well worth adapting to. The bitterness is a small price to pay for the potential health rewards.You can easily mix it with other fruits in your smoothies, combining flavors it will be the best move.

I have been using Amla powder for a few years. This brand tastes fresh. I also like that they put the powder in a separate sealed bag to maintain freshness. I like that it is raw so more of the nutrients will be intact. Reasonable price also.
