It’s beautiful love it. Difficult to assemble.

It was a major pain to put together and the drawer hinges and tracks broke when i was putting it together. I tried contacting the company about replacement parts and never heard back. I happened to have other hinges and hardware so I just used them to make it work. But it does look nice so there is that, haha!

This piece is beautiful and real wood which is hard to find. Clear and easy to follow instructions for assembly, although still took a few hours. Unfortunately, after unboxing and assembling most of it I noticed a broken drawer front. I contacted the manufacturer who said they didn't have any replacement parts and suggested I contact the retailer (Amazon) who in turn said to contact the retailer. I'd be happy paying this price if it were all intact or a replacement was issued. Sad to have spent this money with no solution given for the broken piece. Order with caution...

Not perfect, but quality outside of the drawers is high. Drawers do not open close easily -- one more than the others, but it overall is a very nice piece for the price.

I am really happy with this purchase. I needed a furniture piece to help with storage now that working from home is the norm. It is a sturdy, well-made piece. I am familiar with putting these kinds of kits together, and this one was exceptionally well-planned. Each step is on it's own page, and there are insets that show construction details. I was able to complete it in about 3 hours on my own with an Allen Key bit in my power drill. It would have taken a lot longer to do the screws by hand. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this brand again.

For the host of issues with this product, it’s not at all worth this price. The two stars are for the fact that the piece is solid wood, and that it *looks* nice once put together. This piece:1) Arrived damaged. See photos.2) Was relatively easy to put together, but hanging cabinet doors level was extremely difficult.3) Lacks functionality. The drawers are awful. You have to push with quite a bit of force to get the drawers to close flush. Then you have to basically un-jam them open anytime you need to, you know, use the drawer.Planning to contact support but it seems Amazon is going to make that a chore. Overall, I’d advise you skip this one.

Color and Pattern doesn't really look like the images for the Distressed Gray option. As you can see from the photo, the color in real life is very patchy and uneven, and, as others have mentioned, all around the edges and indented spots there is no gray paint at all, just the base color, which is a neutral brown. Furthermore, I had to drill 2 large holes for the wooden pegs on one of the planks because the holes were missing. Some general wonky alignment issues as well. For the price, there should be better quality control.

Half of the holes didn’t line up correctly for assembly and we had to create our own. The entire assembly process was incredibly frustrating. The cam bolts are cheap and are not long enough to lock into place correctly. Once we worked through the manufacturing mistakes and assembled the furniture with some creativity it does looks great!
