I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg for years, and it’s one supplement I keep coming back to. My nails are strong and healthy, and I noticed a real improvement in my hair after it started thinning as a side effect of medication. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but this product has worked well for me, and I believe it’s made a positive difference. In fact, I have my guy taking it now too because we’d both like to keep as much hair as possible for as long as possible! Excellent product and the price was the best I could find. Been taking this product for 3 months my hair is thicker, bald spot has actually filled in. I was amazed. I can’t say it will do anything for you I can just tell you after trying multiple other products that did nothing this one really worked!!

Does its job
I take biotin for my nails. I wish it would help my hair but the dermatologist says it wont but it will definitely help my nails. I believe it does.
