What's the difference vs the standar one?

The Premium Needle pours faster, I estimate maybe 1.5 times faster. It makes a difference if you're pouring multiple glasses, or a carafe.

This product is "coravin wine preservation system premium wine replacement needles." how many needles? if it is one needle, why is the price $69 ?

It is one needle and I agree the price is pretty high. However, this needle is premium quality. It is very thin and yet provides excellent flow. There are a bunch of unbelievably tiny holes in it that allow for good flow. I bought one and have been using it virtually daily for about two years. If you are drinking average wines and finishing the bottles within a month or so, the premium needle may not be for you. The standard needle will serve you well. Truth be told, I could have gotten along fine with the standard needle as I rarely drink premium wines and rarely keep a partial bottle longer than a month.
