I have tried many organic health products and have to say this one is the best. I am a healthy eater but llet's not lie, most people are not eating healthy all the time. I was never one to eat breakfast even though I know that is one of the most important meals of the day but now I have discovered the daily dose and that is my breakfast. This product contains a wonderful blend of a variety of extremely healthy and beneficial ingredients, all mixed into a nice, finely ground powder that mixes easy and tastes good! I add a scoop into my morning smoothie, along with unsweetened almond milk or just plain water, chocolate whey protein powder, and a handful of frozen berries. This smoothie tastes awesome and kick starts my day! There are times I don’t even miss my coffee. Another benefit I found is this product keeps me full and I have to remind myself to eat lunch. It has been only a few days but I know it is going to help me lose a few of those extra pounds. Overall, I highly recommend this product!!

I love the quality of ingredients and it tastes good. My only hesitation is the cost, but I don’t use it every day. I heat organic unfiltered apple juice and stir in a small scoop of The Daily Dose along with a few grams of Kratom powder and swig down a couple of vitamins with it and I’m good to go. I have been sick for decades and have gone through many professional treatments including chemotherapy and opioid pain medications. I have gone all natural. Nothing has worked as well as this for me. Highly recommended.
