Very impressed, very good quality, spare seals which is great. Bought for son who is a chef and been happily 'injecting' stuff to prove how good it is. Did a large ham which I normally infuse with Jamaican jerk seasoning and apples, he then injected cider into it. Was brilliant, so would recommend this to any keen cook. Also comes with brushes to clean correctly after each use.

So there are a few of these injectors available, some come with 2 needles and others with 3. I opted for this one as it comes in a handy case to keep it all together and comes with 4 spare needles, some spare o-ring seals & a basting brush.I noticed some say it was a little difficult to fill, but if you remember your school science lessons it’s easy enough - simple push plunger all the way down, place needle in the fluid you wish to inject and then pull the syringe up sucking up the fluid.I’ve used it a few times now and no issues for me when injecting brisket, but one word of caution when injecting meat do not push too hard as you can burst the cavity your injecting basically press gently until you just notice it bulge and stop.Easy to clean. Can’t fault it really .

Wow, my Ofargo Meat injector arrived today and all I can say is I wish I had bought this sooner as I deliberated for a while as to whether to purchase it not. I marinated a leg of lamb today with garlic, rosemary and anchovies, using the Ofargo and it was amazing. The injector is way better built than I imagined it would be. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Ofargo for the construction and ease of use and thank you Amazon Prime for next day delivery. Very happy.
