Counter Saver
In a small kitchen without an island, this frees up valuable counter space. At 950 watts it does a good job and no turntable means less to clean. It talks to Alexa and the Sharp app on my phone/tablet.

Expected more….
I like the functionality of the microwave, but dislike the how the control panel opens and closes. It feels very cheap and is a poor design.

Microwave Success
I have seen reviews indicating that the drawer is slow to open/close but when there are hot items I want it to go slow so not to spill. Looks sleek and so far works well.

Control panel issues
Beautiful microwave, however after about 8mos the flip down panel wouldn’t stay closed and now after having it a year the panel came off and is hanging by wires. Over the past 6mos I would have to tighten screws on the panel and eventually it came off. I love the drawer microwave but would not get the one with a drop down control panel. I have a large family so I can’t say this is just poor quality material but maybe it’s not built for use in a large household using it daily.

Material quality
Quality, cracking top drawer edge. Owned 8 months, very well cared for and maintained.

1 COMPLAINT
I absolutely love this microwave. I have only -one- complaint: the control panel is NOT lighted. Only the clock / time count-down. It’s very difficult to see the other buttons!!! Especially because they’re basically overshadowed by the countertop. Major design flaw.
