Great Customer Service!
My first package arrived damaged and opened. I submitted a replacement and the package showed up in more protective box in just two days! Very happy with the miniatures and the customer service!

I did not notice that these came unpainted. I should've paid better attention to the post details. Not worth the price for unpainted mini's.

Smaller than the same figures in the Avernus multipack
I’m a little disappointed, as these figures are smaller than their multi-pack counterparts. The details are great, and they’ll be fun to paint, but wow are they smol.

Broken Pieces
The end of the mace of Krull and a sword from Torogar fell off. I was able to glue the sword back but the end of Krull’s mace won’t stay. Not very happy!!

Exactly what we ordered and they came in perfect condition
Was warned the box was a little damaged but the models were in perfect condition! Order arrived and they look great can't wait to paint them for our next D&D campaign

Well made but packaging destroyed
Figures are great but packaging was destroyed in the mail. Good thing the sponge protected the product.

Not bad for the price, but a little repair needed
Overall happy with the product. The figures came in the original box, though there was a fair bit of damage to it. The Minotaur figure (Torogar) was found to have a broken scimitar but this is easily fixable with some superglue.Given the discounted price, not overly surprised or disappointed. Nice to add to the collection

Broken
I was unsure at first, as Arkhan did cut off his hand and replace it with the hand of Vecna. But after searching other reviews and the description, turns out my Arkhan figure arrived with his hand broken off. And nowhere in the packaging either. Otherwise really great minis, but the only important part of buying minis is, they are intact. Mine were not. So, 2 stars.
