Its easy to use in my office while working. I get a nice solid workout and never need to leave my work station. Love that its light duty yet durable and gives plenty of resistance

I use this product on a regular basis but have one very important question: Why is it the manufacturer of this product requires the purchaser to pay for a freaking subscription for video instructions describing the exercises you can perform with this thing as well as the ways of configuring the bar after having spent so much money for this thing in the first place?!?That reality just does not sit well with me. Number one, it's overpriced. Number two, the subscription for the exercises is -WAY- overpriced. Why the instructional videos were not included as part of the purchase price I will never know? But what I do know is I will never purchase this again. Well, I will not ever purchase another similar product unless the means for learning how to use it is INCLUDED in the purchase price.Otherwise, I don't have any real complaints about it. Since I absolutely refused to spend another $49 or $50 for a subscription for this thing, I get by on the exercises I'm able to figure out on my own.

Works as it should!

CAUTION⚠️I followed the instructions to a key. The band broke on my first use and the band hit the side of my neck at a very high speed. Extremely dangerous when the band breaks and the rubber band becomes a weapon. I didn’t even extend the band to its fullest extent and it still broke. I then searched the internet to see if anyone else have had similar experiences and there are a TON of complaints about the bands breaking and even pictures of serious injuries from the bands hitting the face/neck/arm/leg area. Someone is seriously going to get hurt with Redgefit and it’s not going to be me. If this band hit my eye when the band broke, I’m almost certain I would have had a serious injury to my eye and or facial area. I’m not going to be one of the people on the internet with actual injuries because I’m returning mine for a full refund.

Low impact program.

It is more than I thought it was. Lots of resistance it came with four bands, and I purchased two more bands. Plenty enough resistance to shake the body.
