I enjoied this book quite a bit. I found that it was better then the first book, Light on DumyatThe story is about Gavin and his friends Mot, Michael and Claire who want to spend a holiday in Perthshire turning a ruined castle on an island into a safe and comfy den for themselves. But activities are interrupted when they are caught up in a series of mysterious and frightening incidents- including a white stag.
