Listening to this CD activates another sense to get to know the oil of choice.
Today, I felt drawn to Galbanum and listened to Felicity's soothing voice explaining it first and then guiding you into a meditation. I love this aspect to the CD, it is in my laptop so I can listen to whatever oil I feel drawn to over and over again if I want. Somehow, another sense is activated alongside the reading and smelling and touching the oils. Her sold full and wise voice accompanies you on this sacred journey.

The information on this CD is virtually the same as in the book. Do not recommend.

Very good book.
This is a great book. It realy works/ addresses the spiritual aspect of essential oils. Other books ignore this link.
