Surprisingly pleasant to work with !
I've tried this yarn in the past but I recently thought I'd give it another try.Very pleased with the colors and didn't find it too splitty. The strands are not woven together however they stay together unless you are in a hurry ...depends on ones experience I suppose. The color range is beautifully displayed.Glad I took the chance to buy.Shipping was on time. I wished they packed the yarn in a plastic sleeve as the threads were here and there from the shipment.

Beautiful, not for beginners.
The yarn is beautiful, soft and light when worked up. The color super vibrant. Should have read the reviews. Didn't like the individual strands when I started, glad i stuck with it. So far 1 ball done, decided i wanted to keep going so I got a second ball.

I agree with others who don't like the separate strands twisted together. Other than that the gradient of color is nice

Beautiful colors!
This is a lovely yarn but much too thin for my current project. I should have read a little more about it before purchasing it. The colors are beautiful so I kept it because I hope I can find a project for it!

Not what was advertised
The photo shows "speckles" yarn. The description says that there are "pops of color" but the yarn I received has no "pops". There is a photo of a non-speckled yarn tucked into the photo group, and that is what was sent. It is not suitable for the item I wanted to make.I knew that this yarn was composed of several thin threads since I have used it before; I'll put it away until I find a pattern I want to use it for. I'm giving it 2 stars because it is a nice yarn but it's boring and not what I ordered.

Very splitty yarn to work with!
Love the colour, texture and stitch definition in the finished knit item.BUT very splitty yarn, having to really pay attention while knitting with this yarn.Used "Prym Ergonomic" knitting needles and it helped immensely!!

Lovely yarn!
I love the color shifts in the yarn. There noticeable knots for the color changes which is a little bit of a downer. But I haven't encountered any difficulty knitting up a shawl with one of these even though the 4 strands aren't twisted together. May be due to my continental knitting preference though.
