It smells like chemicals, edges are scratchy, very cheap and awkward. Nothing about this is useful.

I bought this for one of my international trip that last 13 hrs on the plane. My old neck pillow is old and does not offer much support so I thought I would give this plastic one a tryIt was very easy to inflate, it took me 2 mins to get it up and ready to use. It does support my neck fairly well. if you are a tall guy, you would need to prop a pillow under to the the neck pillow higher.pro: easy to inflate and deflate, fold up nicely into a small bag includedcons: has a plastic smell, tend to get hot around your face after you have your face on it for a few mins since it's plastic. it's mostly air, so if you have a big head or on a heavier side, it won't support as well, I tried it on my roommate.Also, prepare to inflate and deflate it a lot of time on the plane as there is nowhere to put it when they come serve you drink and food. I hit my neighbors with it a few times, so make sure you told them in advanced.

I ordered this pillow in advance of an overseas trip with family. I took the advice of others and opened it, inflated it, and let it sit out for several days to be sure there was no plastic smell. I kept it in my carry on and my kids teased me when I pulled it out. But it didn't take long for them to wish they had one too! While it is tough to get sleep on an airplane, I was more rested than those without the pillow. And the price was low enough I thought I could ditch it if it didn't warrant valuable luggage space. But it made it home after a 2 week trip. I didn't want to part with it! Hopefully I'll get the chance to use it again soon

What pleasantly surprised by this thing. My mom and sister we're laughing at me when I first showed them, but they were jealous when I got some sleep on the long flight. I really liked the blow up valve. I would get the pillow into position and then slowly deflate it just a bit till I got in a comfy spot. Only complaint is that is had a plastic chemically smell. Definitely recommend airing it out before use.
