Lightweight, easy to unfold and use then packs away quickly. Seems sturdy on multiple different surfaces including soft ground and grass. Surprisingly comfortable. I'm 14.5st and I don't feel worried it'll collapse even when I sit heavily. Plenty of room on the seat too, I don't feel like I'm perching. Really glad I bought this one over another I was considering which had fewer good reviews. I attach it to my backpack and walk with it easily, unfolding it to have a small break mid walk. Does its job really well. Hopefully it'll last a long time but even if it lasts only a year I'll be buying another one the same.

I received this promptly as expected. I have opened it up and sat it down on the floor. It seems well made, really stable and a comfortable height ( not too low down for standing up easily) a reasonable weight. I am looking forward to using it on walks.

I have mobility issues, so have had one of these folding stools for a number of years. However, advancing years and increasing pain make the low (standard height) stools difficult to rise from. I often use this to sit at bus stops, and after recently struggling to stand up when my bus arrives, I decided that I needed to look for something else. I chose this stool in preference to other "taller" ones as it was good value on offer at £15. The height is comfortable, easy for me to sit down onto, and - importantly! - to rise from. The longer legs allow for a much larger seat than the small type stools, too. I always find it difficult to visualise sizes, so I've taken two photos, showing the differences in stool height and seat size between this one and my previous one (which, ironically, also cost me £15 three years ago). The weak point is, as usual with these stools, that the shoulder strap is far too short (better than many, but not good if you're less than slim, or are wearing a thick winter coat!). I don't understand why manufacturers don't do something about this, as it's a frequent complaint; however, it's simple to cut the old strap off and clip a new one on.

Really useful. I had a smaller one that was now too low for me. This seat is just right and fits into my golf bag so I can rest alittle when queued up when playing

Dieser Hocker ist höher als ein Anglerstuhl , das war mir sehr wichtig, und lässt sich zusammengelegt gut am Rucksack befestigen und tragen. Er ist ideal für eine Rast , stabil im Sitz. Selbst in der Fußgängerzone ist er unsichtbarer als ein Anglerstuhl, trotzdem bequem.
