Overall we are satisfied with the rug because the more muted color shades go better for us, but it does not match the rug that was pictured. The first picture is from the seller on Amazon and the second is what was actually delivered. As you can see the colors in the one we received are not as varied nor bright and the detail not as precise. We are okay with the one we got since it actually goes better but want others to know not to expect something that matches the seller's picture.

I love the color and thickness. After over a month, it's still shedding like crazy. When I vacuum, it fills my Dyson.

I like the construction as its appears well made. I purchased the Green and Beige wool rug. As pictured online the contrast between the main colors appear distinct and good looking. What I received was dark, muted, almost dirty. It looks like it has been in someones attic for a long time. I threw away the packaging and cannot return it otherwise I would.

This rug is beautiful!! I was hesitant about ordering a rug online without seeing it and worried about the colors being off with computer screen variances. I ordered it with the assurance from Amazon customer service that I could return it if I didn't like it for any reason. With that guarantee, I purchased and boy am I glad I did! The quality is exceptional and the colors were spot on. I love that it's an oval and it works perfectly in our entryway. I immediately ordered the runners for our hallway, but the manufacturer is out of stock until October. I will patiently wait for our back order, knowing that I will be rewarded with beautiful rugs that will be durable for many years. The price is exceptional for the quality...I highly recommend!

Rug in place and less than 2 days massive shedding. The attached pics are after rug had been in place for several days. I really liked the colors and am very disappointed not to keep it. The third time rug was lightly vacuumed yielded an 10 inch x 6 inch pile 2 inches high of suspicious fibers. This amount of shedding is unacceptable.

This rug is better than shown - it arrived quickly and is great quality. It's thick and substantial. Highly recommend!

I use the rug for my living room.

Very beautiful, thick, and stays secure where it is placed. Arrived with a lot of loose fibers. Amount of material in the vacuum bag is decreasing now. Loss of fibers has not diminished the rug in any way.
