These are horrible!! I can't recommend these at all. Although they allow you to pipe perfectly uniform Macarons your Macarons will stick to the mats. Additionally, Macarons cook unevenly on these mats. I tested this hypothesis by also using the expensive silicon mats. Only the Macarons on the expensive mats turned out. Overall, just bite the bullet and get the pricier mats, they are worth it.

Showed up in good time. but everything else about this product is no good. Macrons stick to this and ruin the cookie. I've had better luck on just about everything else I've tried.

This made my first time making macarons such a breeze! They came right off the mat too, no additional spray or anything!

Macarons often stick to this supposedly non-stick surface. Even if we cook them longer, the outside cooks and the bottoms stay soft and become unusable. We initially liked the circles but they seemed a bit too close. Macarons started touching. We went back to parchment paper.

Just as good as the $40 one sold at more expensive stores! Macaron bottoms came out smooth. Stencil size works well for macaron size. I thought I was good at eyeballing my piping without stencil but this made the caps align perfectly. A great upgrade from parchment paper.
